Brief History of the organization and there of:
Shri Vansh Srivastava, Graduated from Delhi University, and MBA in Media Marketing Delhi and well know Social Worker of Maigalganj, Lakhimpur-Kheri (U.P.). He is President of the ablve organization, under which HUndreds of unemployed youths (Women & Men) are being getting training programmers in dfferent trade courses in every calender year for last 3 years.
He is organizing youth club and mela of youth and old each year on the eve of Holi and Deepawali Festival in which asks people for developmental works and benefits of yough and old person so that his Sansthan that can do for some burning problems of the society and needy persons as Maigalganj is very backward area specially in education, health, sanitation and unemployment, The Local Area's people are mainly based on their agriculture as their livelihood.
Sri Vansh Srivastava started social works in his early days of school times, much inspired by Mahatma Gandhiji father of Nation and Dr. Rajendra Prasand First president of the India, he is also much inspired by Pt. Madan Mohan Malaviyaji founder of Banaras Hindu University. Helping the order is his Virtue. During school days he loved poor friends and helped them. He saw poverty and suffering during his school days. Lackness, sufferings and poverty of poor students of his area impressed him very much. During school days he helped poor and disadvantage people, downtrodden person, poor women and weaker section of the society.
Sri Vansh Srivastava is the main motivator and organizer of R.G.Shikshan Evam Prashikshan Sansthan. he has organized many social programmes, awareness and activities camps and youth mela, and literacy development programmes. Seeing the lackness, poverty of people at very close range and suffering of people influcnced him at a great level for doing something for the disadvantage men and women of the society.
For betterment of the poor and unreached people Sri Vansh Srivastava started social service, after completing him studies in 2012 several people, his friends who were close associated to him organized a society for the development of society.
Later the organized society came to existence in 2013-14. After some years the society's member took decision for its registration and requested Sri Vansh Srivastava for its registration (Under Society's Registration Act 1860) and he was given the responsibility for its registration, with a view of charitable and non profitable. The society was registered in June 2014 as "R.G.Shikshan Evam Prashikshan Sansthan" Maigalganj, Lakhimpur-Kheri. In this way the organization came in existence in 2014 as a registered organization. Since, now this organization is performing many, developmental works and training programmes, awarness activites, programmes related to community development and welfare of people.
